CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase*.
  2. Original tags must remain attached.
  3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging

* No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return (this includes any tanning marks)

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

-     Please email evsecwear@outlook.com to inform us of what items you would like to return. We will then provide you with the details of where to send your returns to.

 

-     Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process the refund within 7 days upon receiving the items.

 

-     Please check your size carefully and accurately before buying or you could send us an email (evsecwear@outlook.com) and we will recommend you the right size. If you choose the wrong size, we can offer a free exchange. However, we don't have a shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. You may return the items through your local post with the lowest cost available, but we would recommend a trackable shipping service, so we could track the package accordingly.

 

-     If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
